Expanded Project EEO BULT in Nepal to Dolkha province.
Kathmandu university(KU), Tribhuvan University ICTC(TU ICTC), and National Research Foundation of S.Korea(NRF), NSDevil expanded the project to Dolkha province. The photos showed beauty of nature and harmony of U-Learning technology with traditional educational environment in Dolkha province.

KU, NRF, and NSD will publish the paper based on result of this project. It'll focused on educational effect based on U-Learning technologies.
