One-point ULTP at Hai Duong CEC
Ministry of education and training (MOET) CED in Vietnam and NSD went to Continuing education center in Hai Duong to implement short ULTP and upgrade the systems (UBT and U-Learning platform in local).
We agreed to collaborate to implement U-Learning platform to organization in Son ra province which will selected by MOET under EEO BULT policy and based on philosophy of Project EEO BULT.
